:: THE KITCHEN

Our restaurant prepares typical local dishes, which are particularly tasty in their simplicity because we only use natural and healthy produce favouring what the season has to offer.

The passion for cooking runs in the family and although we love elaborating the more traditional meals, we remain faithful to "nonna"'s recipes , as she worked as cook in our hotel for years.
Guests have a choice out of three first courses and three second courses every day not to mention a buffet of vegetables and starters.
On request we also prepare personalized menus.

Not to be missed is our home-made pasta, our Bruschetta (toasted local bread) with Tuscan oil, spelt soup , and the famous Tuscan Ribollita, a typical local speciality, our Pici, ", typical hand-made pasta roast rabbit, thinly cut veal, , home-made cakes and desserts.
